Assistant Professor Tonya M. Foster is one of 41 artists to win a 2020 Creative Capital Award
Tonya M. Foster, along with three other Bay Area artists, will receive a $100,000 Creative Capital Award to further her project on surveillance and race. Foster teaches in the MFA Writing and undergraduate Writing and Literature programs.
